About Torrey Hills Periodontal Group

Dr. Wang earned her dental degree at USC, then completed a GPR at NY Medical College. After practicing as a general dentist in NY, she attended Nova Southeastern University for residency in perio & implants. Dr Hunt completed his Periodontal residency in 1992 and became a Board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 1995. Both doctors are proficient in a wide range of perio procedures, including soft tissue grafting, complex implants, ridge augmentations, sinus lifts & treatment of peri-implantitis. Periodontal issues can be very scary. Dr. Wang’s team will take care of you. Everyone in the office puts the patient first. I have a fear of the dentist and they make sure the procedure is as pain free as possible. They are so responsive! When I had an issue with her pharmacy - they quickly resolved the issue. You can feel safe selecting Dr Wang and her team.

Wonderful staff! Dr Hunt is excellent! He makes every visit as comfortable as possible. Knowing that alleviates much of my anxiety!!! I would highly recommend Dr Hunt.

Speaking as a retired dentist here in Carmel Valley I would like to highly recommend Periogel for my home care periodontal regimen. My hygienist has commented on my improvements plus I think my teeth are whiter now. Kudos to Torrey Hills periodontal group !

I’ve been coming to Torrey Hills Periodontal Group for over 15 years. The hygienists, doctors and staff are all pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. My hygienist Christine is amazing, I have improved my gum health so much after regular cleanings with her. Drs. Wang and Hunt are caring and gentle which makes any procedure more comfortable. Connie answered all my questions about follow up care and encouraged me to call anytime there was an issue. Thank you to all the THPG staff for your wonderful care over the years!
